We leave the town by the road (CV-20) towards Onda and, before reaching La Alquería, we take a rising concrete track with a pole signalling. In a short time we reach a signed post that we take and then the track becomes firm ground.
Shortly thereafter, after a sharp turn, we continue on the right and it will bring us to the shed Canalica waters. Then the track makes a turn and goes next to the corral Manco. Then it goes down the hill of the Race, from which a track to the right is taken. This leads us towards the village and from it the valley of the Montán River on our left.
Poco después, en una curva cerrada, sale una pista a la izquierda que ignoramos y seguimos por la de la derecha que nos acerca a la caseta de aguas de la Canalica. Luego la pista hace un viraje y pasa al lado del corral del Manco. Llanea un trecho y baja al collado de la Carrera, desde el que se coge una pista hacia la derecha. Ésta nos lleva en dirección al pueblo y desde ella se divisa el valle del río Montán a nuestra izquierda.
En una bajada pronunciada la pista vuelve a estar cementada y, en pocos metros, llega el cruce de inicio de ruta, donde giramos a la izquierda y volvemos a la población.
Technical data
Itinerary for mountain bikers as there are sectors of the track with loose stones. However, the route is not technically difficult, but neither is intended for initiation. It runs along an interesting sector from the landscape level.
