The Labor Department, made up of a team of legal professionals specialized in Labor and Social Security Law, provides labor relations services to public administrations, business organizations, trade unions and individuals.

For more than 25 years, the Begur Insolvency team has focused its professional activity on the world of Bankruptcy Administration, defending creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and filing voluntary bankruptcy proceedings.
We have represented creditors in more than 1,000 bankruptcy proceedings throughout Spain. Likewise, many voluntary bankruptcy proceedings of companies that have gone through crisis processes have been defended by this firm.

From the Family department of Begur Legal we provide specialized legal advice in Family Law: Separation and divorce, Dissolution and liquidation of the matrimonial property regime, Compensatory Pension, Breakup of de facto unions, custody, filiation and alimony, Attribution of the use of the family home, modification of definitive measures, execution of matrimonial measures adopted in family proceedings, disabilities, as well as prenuptial agreements.
