On the occasion of events in Montanejos, such as the Cheese Fair, specific recipes are created, including an ice cream made from the award-winning cheese or more unconventional flavors like Montanejos craft beer ice cream, La Vidigonera.
Each event thus becomes a source of inspiration: for every occasion, an ice cream.
La Querencia also offers artisanal products made on the premises, to enjoy on-site or take away: croissants, cookies, and brownies, accompanied by coffee, tea, and other hot beverages.
Through this project, we aim to offer a welcoming, creative space closely linked to local life, highlighting artisanal craftsmanship and local, seasonal products.
